Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. Card payments and MobilePay will be available.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To do so, email us a clear statement of your decision. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return shipping unless we agree otherwise. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back.

Sealed trading card products must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. Opening a sealed product reduces its value, and you may be liable for that reduction in value.

Complaints and faulty goods

You have a 2-year right to complain about faulty goods under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the fault. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s complaints service (Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus).
